Since 1998, the Home Builder's Association of the Sioux Empire has awarded over $55,000 in scholarship funds to area high school seniors.

HBASE is now accepting applications for its high school scholarship program. This program is funded through donations by the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the HBASE.

HBASE will be awarding multiple $1,000 scholarships for graduating high school seniors who will be attending a college, university or technical institute and major in a home building industry related field of study. Scholarship recipients must reside in the HBASE service areas of Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha or Turner counties. Application deadline for the 2016 scholarships is April 4, 2016.
