Officials with the Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office are alerting residents across the Sioux Empire to be on the lookout for Dawson Schilds. He's been on the run since 2022.

The Hutchinson County Sheriff's Office says they have been trying to bring this South Dakota fugitive to justice. Dawson Schilds could truly be anywhere in the country, including in Iowa, Minnesota, and his home state of South Dakota. Police posted any updated information about Dawson Schilds on Facebook.
Why Are South Dakota Police Looking for Dawson Schilds?
It sounds like Dawson was not the greatest pet owner. The incident happened in Freeman, South Dakota, when he allowed his dogs to run loose.
He has been on the run since 2022 and Left to avoid prosecution in South Dakota. He allowed his dogs to run loose in Freeman. The dogs aggressively attacked a resident that was out walking her dog. They also attacked another resident that was out on a bike ride. Hutchinson County has a warrant for his arrest and will Extradite him anywhere in the United States!
