Local Police Find 67-Year-Old South Dakota Criminal Deceased

The search for a registered sex offender from South Dakota is officially over. But now, there are more mysteries to solve regarding this missing persons case.

Dale Warrior Sr. is a 67-year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday, March 3rd. Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety officials confirmed late last week that Dale Warrior Sr. has been found...deceased.

Some details are limited at this time. The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety alerted the public that Dale Warrior Sr. was found in a Facebook post. Police explain that during their search, they located Dale and his vehicle.

The family of Dale Warrior Sr. has expressed their gratitude for the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety in the comments of the Facebook post.

An autopsy has been conducted, and the Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety is waiting for results. Officials also announced a "identified person of interest" has come forward.
