The streak stops at five as the Sioux Falls Skyforce got the winning combination against the Texas Legends Saturday night 139-113 at Dr. Pepper Arena.

In the third of four matchups between the two teams this season, Sioux Falls (21-11) again showed the ability to score at will. In each game in the season series, the ‘Force have put up at least 130 points in each contest.

The Legends (13-16) have dropped all three matchups this season by an average of 21 points. In two of the three games Texas had failed to forge a lead.

Henry Walker had 10 of his 22 points within the first 7 minutes of the contest to get the Skyforce rolling. The knockout punch came from Keith Benson scoring 9 in the final frame to finish with a team-high 26 points, 13 rebounds and 3 blocks. Bubu Palo continues to acclimate himself to the lineup with 24 tallies with 9 assists and Patrick Miller burned his former team for 22 points and 10 assists.

For Texas, Manny Harris continues to be a scoring machine by nearly matching his league leading average with 26 points. Off the bench, J.J. Avila brought 17 points and 12 rebounds.

Sioux Falls returns home for a Tuesday night tilt with the Westchester Knicks. For the Legends, their next outing is also on Tuesday at home versus Santa Cruz.
