Sioux Falls Mobile Home Fire

An overnight fire heavily damaged a mobile home in western Sioux Falls.  First arriving crews reported fire on the porch and fire extending up the side of  the house and into the attic.  Crews made entry into the home to find smoke throughout the structure.

The fire was under control in approximately 30 minutes.  Crews remained  on scene throughout the night to make sure there were not any flare ups.  The cause of the fire is under investigation by Sioux Falls Fire Rescue.

The Red Cross is assisting the residents.  No one was injured.
