Sioux Falls Man Caught Relieving Himself In Public, Charged with Disorderly Conduct
Sioux Falls Police Department Public Information Officer Sam Clemens says a transient was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was caught relieving himself in public.
"The 50-year-old man had been kicked off the bus for drinking. Police were then called. While awaiting for police to arrive, he ended up urinating on some landscaping near the middle of the University Center. When officers got there they ended up arresting him for disorderly conduct.'
Clemens identified the man as Felix Eagle Feather of Sioux Falls.
