Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge posted the emotional reunion on their social media pages, such as Facebook and Instagram. The joy on these kids' faces is contagious.
Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge is an institution for early education for kids up to the age of five. So these young kids have only been dreaming of the day their mom was home. Teachers and staff were happy to make this dream finally come true.
One of the wonderful moms in our community came home from deployment and surprised her two sons right here at school. We are beyond grateful to be a small part of moments like this. Welcome Home — we are so grateful for your sacrifice.
At the end of the video, there is a powerful note from Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge. It reads, "While you were protecting all of us, we had the honor of protecting them. Thank you for your sacrifice. Welcome home!" Gosh...that first part brings tears to my eyes.
