Everything We Know About Rosanne Cash’s New Album, ‘She Remembers Everything’
Rosanne Cash is set to release her first album since 2014 this fall. She Remembers Everything is a nod to the turbulence of recent years, politically and socially speaking. It's all combined to create an album that Cash says time and circumstances have formed.
“There is a woman’s real life, complex experiences and layered understanding in these songs,” Cash says in a press release. “I could not have written them 10 years ago — not even close. Time is shorter, I have more to say.”

The Title
Cash has titled her new project She Remembers Everything, a reference to the point of view that years of hard-won experience have gained her as an artist.
The Release Date
She Remembers Everything will be released on Nov. 2.
The Record Label
Cash will release She Remembers Everything on Blue Note Records, her label home since 2013. It will be her second album with the label, following 2014's The River & the Thread.
The Producer
She Remembers Everything was recorded in Portland, Ore., and New York City. Tucker Martine and Cash’s husband, John Leventhal, acted as producers for the project.

When announcing She Remembers Everything, Cash shared two songs: the album's title track and "Everyone But Me," a beautiful, haunting ballad in which Cash explores the loss of loved ones, including her parents. "She Remembers Everything," meanwhile, is a gritty, pain-filled song with overtones of Cash's bluesy folk-rock style.
