Parents of Teen Accused in Deadly Sioux Falls Crash Face Charges
Sioux Falls Police Lt. Mike Colwill says more charges have been filed in connection with the death of a teenager, including the parents of the juvenile accused in the crash.
"The first warrant that was issued was for Christian John Walberg, an 18-year-old Sioux Falls resident. The warrant for Christian was issued for distribution of marijuana to a minor less than one ounce, hit and run, and misprision of a felony."
"The second warrant issued was for Joseph Micheal Lingor. He is a 50-year-old Sioux Falls resident. Joseph's warrant was for accessory, misprision of a felony and false reporting to law enforcement."
"The third warrant was issued for 54-year-old Vickie Lingor of Sioux Falls. Her warrant was for accessory, misprision of a felony and false reporting for law enforcement."
Sixteen-year-old Kareem Cisse died when the car he was in slammed into a tree.
Police say a pickup truck driven by Alexander Lingor rammed into the car before it struck the tree.
