Outlaws Are Coming To Town

Definitely one of the biggest anticipations of every racing season for Sioux Falls, South Dakota is when the World of Outlaws race at Huset's Speedway. That event is Wednesday night July 2nd.

The World of Outlaws STP Sprint Cars have been invading Huset’s Speedway since 1983. In that year, Steve Kinser took his first of seven World of Outlaws feature wins at the Brandon, South Dakota speedway.

Kinser’s most recent win came from deep in the field on August 20, 2011. This is the final season for the “King of the Outlaws” to contend for a championship with the world’s top series of sprint car racing.

The racing action at Huset’s with the World of Outlaws has proven to be exciting and unpredictable with five different winners in the last five events.

Early entry ticket (allows grandstand admission at 4 p.m.): $40

Grandstand opens at 5 p.m. (for those without early entry ticket) All seats are general admission. Any blankets, tarps or other items placed in stands to reserve seats will be removed before 4 p.m. opening.

Time Trials: 7:30 p.m.
