New State Record for Smallmouth Bass Spearing

This nice smallmouth bass was speared by Francis Ramm and is a new South Dakota record.
The hook and line SD record for smallmouth was also set earlier this year. Lyal Held hookes a 7lb. 3oz smallie in Horsehoe Lake in April.
