When you think of Neil Young, you don't think of country music.

You think of rock and roll, of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, of social commentary and protest songs.

But when you listen to some, perhaps several, of Neil Young's songs, you can fell a hint of country music.  He may well be in the realm of country music if some of these rock classic's were new and came out today.

For instance, is 'Heart Of Gold' (seen and heard here) any less country than many songs by Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan or Keith Urban?

So then, you ask, are you saying Neil Young is Country?  Or Classic Country?

Nope, not saying that at all.  But he is, as they say, in the ballpark.
