Neighborhood Sioux Falls Tattoo Shop Being Forced To Move Out

Sioux Falls stores and restaurants have not had it easy over the last few weeks. A well-known Downtown Sioux Falls tattoo and piercing shop shockingly announced that the store is moving.

Vishnu Bunny Tattoo and Piercing in Sioux Falls is moving out. However, store owners aren't sure when they're leaving or where the next Sioux Falls area location will be.

The Phillips Avenue tattoo and piercing shop posted the shocking news on Facebook. From reading the post, it appears that Vishnu Bunny Tattoo and Piercing might not have had a choice in moving out of its downtown location.

Vishnu Bunny Tattoo and Piercing has been in its current building in Downtown Sioux Falls for over 10 years. Store officials say this news is just as surprising to them as it must be for customers and residents.

Long story short, we had our building bought out from under us and they want something else in this space. So we're moving.

Where, is the next great question and frankly, we're not certain yet. There are very limited options for a Tattoo and Piercing business. Turns out that the negative perceptions of a tattoo shop from the last century are still following us. In other words, people don't want a tattoo shop in their neighborhood.

No matter where Vishnu Bunny Tattoo and Piercing lands next, they are confident their loyal customers will follow them to their next adventure in the Sioux Empire. They are hoping to celebrate their memories during Downtown First Friday this Friday, September 6th.
