Lights, Camera, Action! The Verne Drive-In Opens This Weekend
Instead of sitting in an elbow-to-elbow movie theater and watching "Avengers: Age of Ultron," watch it from the comfort of your car at the Verne Drive-In in Luvurne, Minnesota.
The Verne Drive-in opened for the season Friday, May 1, 2015. Tonight (May 2, 2015), you can take the family to watch "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and "The Longest Ride." Both movies are rated PG-13.
Gates open at 7:00 PM and the movie starts at dusk.
Don't worry about fixing supper for the family. The Verne Drive-in has some tasty, reasonably priced munchies like cheddar cheese balls, chicken strips and fries, nachos, pretzels, pizza, ice cream and of course, popcorn!
Never been to the Verne Drive-in? Just drive south on Highway 75, 4/10 of a mile. The Verne Drive-in is on the east side of the road.
Movie prices are $5 for 6 years and older. Children 5 and under get in free.
