Sioux Falls Roosevelt Claims Top Spot in Latest Basketball Poll

High School basketball season across the state of South Dakota is officially underway, and we had quite the shakeup this week in the SD Media poll.

Sioux Falls Roosevelt vaulted from #2 to #1 in Class AA on the Boys side with a convincing 47-38 win over then-number-one Jefferson.

Elsewhere, Sioux Falls Christian remained atop the Class A rankings, and Hamlin and Dakota Valley were 2 and 3 while receiving a first place vote a piece.

On the Girls side, O'Gorman, Wagner and Wall all remained a top their respective classes.
