New Restaurant To Take Over Sioux Falls Chuck E. Cheese Site
So far, 2026 has been a busy year for the Sioux Falls restaurant landscape.
In less than two months, we've seen the Cattitude Cafe, Chick N Max, and Glacial Lakes Distillery depart the scene, and Swamp Daddy's Cajun Kitchen announced its departure from its current location at the end of February.
We've also seen some additions with a new Eastside Chick-fil-A and plans for a new Yummy Crab to take over the old Fazoli's location by the Empire Mall.
Now, another vacant Sioux Falls restaurant location is about to have a new tenant.

According to four building permits filed with the city's Building Services Department, Ocean Buffet is preparing to take over the South Louise Avenue location, which was occupied by Chuck E Cheese until March of 2024.
The permits are valued at $350,000.
No additional information has been released about the restaurant or the when it is expected to open.
