Hoppy Days! Easter Bunny Returning to Empire Mall in Sioux Falls

When Easter Sunday finally rolls around on April 20, it will be one of the latest observances we've ever had of the holiday. Only three times in the past 25 years (2000, 2011, 2019) has Easter fallen later on the calendar than it does this year.

That means if you're a big fan of the Easter Bunny, your patience is really being tested in 2025.

While we can't speed up time, we can at least tell you when to expect the bunny's arrival at the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls.

Officials say the Easter Bunny will take his place at the mall beginning Friday, March 28 for a stay that will last until Saturday, April 19.

Once again this year, you can take advantage of the Bunny Photo Experience, which will be open daily, with reservations strongly encouraged.

Pet lovers will get a chance to have their furry friends pose for photos with the Easter Bunny, Sunday, March 30, from 6:30 PM-7:30 PM.

Caring Bunny, a private event for children with special needs and their families, is Sunday, April 6, from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM.
