Downtown Sioux Falls Loses A Favorite Pizza Spot at Year’s End
Once we ring in 2026, you'll have one fewer option to eat in downtown Sioux Falls.
The owners of Pizza Cheeks have announced plans to pull out of their current location in the back room at the Hello Hi on Phillips Avenue at the conclusion of the year, ending a five-year run in that spot.

As they prepare to shutter the space, they have already cut their hours, effective immediately, and will now only serve pizza from the Hello Hi on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00 PM until they are sold out.
The two main factors for the decision are a lack of space at the downtown location and the opening of their own full-service restaurant earlier this year in the old Kaladi’s Bistro space at 26th Street and Minnesota Avenue.
