Washington Pavilion Announces 2025-26 Broadway Performance Season

The magic of Broadway is alive and thriving in Sioux Falls. The Washington Pavilion has just revealed its 2025-26 Broadway performance series and it is amazing!

The Pavilion has it covered from side-splitting comedies to mystery, romance, and musicals galore. You'll be transported to other worlds just by sitting in a darkened theater filled with music and lively performances.

The 2025-26 season includes these great shows:

BACK TO THE FUTURE: The Musical: October 14–19, 2025
DR. SEUSS' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL: December 23–27, 2025
MRS. DOUBTFIRE: January 30–February 1, 2026
MOULIN ROUGE! The Musical: February 24–March 1, 2026
CLUE: March 27–29, 2026
Meredith Willson’s THE MUSIC MAN: April 30–May 2, 2026

Dakota News Now is reporting that subscribers to the six-show series can renew or upgrade their seats. New subscribers can get on a priority seating list to purchase their tickets.

Individual show tickets will go on sale later this summer.

13 Times Sioux Falls Made it into a 'Jeopardy!' Question

If the world was divided into Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune people, I would be down for Jeopardy! all the way. It's a lot more fun, it makes me feel smart because I can retain lots of trivia, and I am a horrible speller. So Wheel is out, no whammies.

Recently I discovered (I mean wasted a lot of time on) a website that is an archive of clues that have been on Jeopardy!.

While digging around the archive, I wanted to find out how often Sioux Falls came up in a question (Answer) on the show. Since 1990 Sioux Falls has been part of a question or an answer 13 times.
