Sioux Falls Parade of Lights 2026 Is Back: Date, Time and Details

One of the most anticipated Sioux Falls Christmas events, the Parade of Lights is back for 2026

The holiday season is about to shine brighter in Sioux Falls!

The Sioux Falls Parade of Lights 2026 is returning on Friday, November 27, 2026, bringing dazzling floats, sparkling lights, festive music, and plenty of holiday cheer to downtown.

The 34th Annual First Bank & Trust Parade of Lights will begin at 6:00 p.m. and continue through approximately 7:30 p.m.

The free, family-friendly event will take place along Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls, with the parade traveling south from 13th Street to 5th Street.

Spectators can expect beautifully decorated floats, twinkling displays, festive music, and creative entries from local businesses, nonprofits, and community groups.

This year’s earlier 6 p.m. start time is designed to make the celebration more accessible and enjoyable for families with young children. The event is free and open to the public.
