The Sioux Falls Skyforce basketball team is at home this week, hosting the Stockton Kings. Games are 6:30 PM on Wednesday, March 11, and 7:00 PM on Friday at the Sanford Pentagon. Entertainment on Wednesday is from the Hip Hop Shop. Then on Friday, it’s Special Olympics Night. Entertainment from Allison’s Dance Academy.
Sioux Empire Sportsman’s Show Returns for 59th Year
South Dakota’s biggest and best Sportsman's Show, the Sioux Empire Sportsman's Show, is back at the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center for its 59th year on March 12-15, 2026.
You'll have the opportunity to check out resorts, lodges, and camps from the Midwest and Canada. You'll also see the newest fishing boats and pontoons, tackle, electronics, and more fishing stuff. The area’s best RV dealers will be showcasing their inventory. There will also be hunting and fishing seminars, as well as a kids' fishing workshop. And don't miss the Raptor Show. Downtown Sioux Falls St. Patrick’s Day Parade Details
The 46th Annual Sioux Falls St. Patrick's Day Parade is Saturday, March 14, 2026, in downtown Sioux Falls.
The annual painting of the shamrock will be at 11:00 AM on Phillips Avenue in front of First National Bank. The parade starts at 2:00 PM and will be on Phillips Avenue, from 13th Street north to 5th Street. This year's Grand Marshal is retired firefighter Kelly Grogan.
