I know, it is mid-September. You might not be thinking about the Christmas season quite yet, but Minnesota-based Target certainly is.

The Twin Cities-based retail chain just announced its plans for the 2025 holiday season, which include a bunch of more wallet-friendly options and thousands of new products.

In a media release put out yesterday (September 16), Target highlighted a handful of major initiatives that will get going very soon in Target stores, not only in its home state of Minnesota, but around the country.

Target Circle Week Returns With "More New & Affordable Gifts"

Target's free "Target Circle" membership will provide shoppers the opportunity to save on daily necessities, fall items, and even early holiday gifts the week of October 5-11. Those with the paid "Target Circle 360" upgraded membership will get added perks like early access to deals a whole day earlier.

After Target Circle Week concludes, the retailer says it will keep rolling out new savings, with weekly deals that will start on November 1 for Target Circle members that include things like their "Deal of the Day", which will see select items discounted by up to 50%.

Thousands Of New Products Arrive With More Budget-Friendly Pricing Emphasized

The company says shoppers can expect 20,000 new items available to them for this holiday shopping season, with many being Target exclusives. Among those additions, the company is looking to appeal to those keeping an eye on their money.

Target highlights "thousands of gifts" in stores this year with prices starting at only $5.

Some of the new products include exclusive pop culture items related to the final season of the Netflix series Stranger Things and the upcoming "Wicked: For Good" film.

Other additions include items in the areas of fashion, toys, and tech items.

Another spot the company points to where customers can save is their budget-friendly beauty gift items. With individual items starting at $3 and gift sets at $20 among some of the highlights in this category.
