Minnesota Named One Of The Safest States In The Country
Here's something to celebrate! Minnesota just made an exclusive list, being named one of the safest states in the entire country.
WalletHub released a study on Monday (October 21st), ranking the states from safest to the least safe.
WalletHub analysts looked at all fifty states and then compared them across 52 different metrics, including active firefighters per capita, neighborhood watch groups and the like.
So where did Minnesota come in? The Land Of 10,000 Lakes cracked the top ten, being named the eighth safest state in the country for 2024. That is a pretty impressive feat.

When it comes to all these factors mentioned, Wisconsin didn't place high or low, helping secure it a place in the middle of the list. It's still comforting to know that it is on the top half of the list, meaning is it more on the safe side this year.
As for the safest states, those would be Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. As for states to avoid this year, those would be Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana.
