What Is Sioux Falls Bike Prom?

According to Downtown Sioux Falls in a new press release, the Sioux Falls Bike Prom is all about "cycling, community, and creativity into an unforgettable evening where 'wheels meet fun.' " And kids, you don't have to wait until high school to attend this prom. This event is for riders of all ages!

How Does The Sioux Falls Bike Prom Work? What Do I Wear?

You can dress up in whatever you feel comfortable in, decorate your bike for the ride, and just relax on a group ride around Sioux Falls. Here's how the ride and night will go:

The ride will begin at Spoke-N-Sport on Cliff Avenue and conclude at Pomegranate Market Downtown on Reid Place. Along the route, riders will stop at Rotary Park for a midway break with opportunities to rest, hydrate, and capture photos.
Following the ride, participants are invited to continue the festivities at Cherapa Plaza, where a social gathering will feature food, music, games, and prize giveaways. Awards will be presented in fun Bike Prom categories, adding an extra element of excitement to the evening.
