Country Star Taylor Swift Minds Her Manners

(AP) - That Taylor Swift -- such a nice girl, don't you think? That's how the National League of Junior Cotillions feels about her.

They've put Swift at the top of the list of the best-mannered people of 2012. Justin Bieber makes the list "for consistently showing courtesy to his many fans." Others on the list include Daniel Radcliffe, Matt Damon and Michelle Obama.

Prince Harry was named the Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2012 "for disregarding his prestigious title and misbehaving in the public spotlight."
