Cheers! Downtown Sioux Falls Restaurants Announce New Hours

Two local Sioux Falls restaurants are expanding their hours just in time for the warmer weather soon in the Sioux Empire!

The owners of Parker's Bistro and Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar in Sioux Falls announced that both local establishments will expand their operating hours and be open another day during the week.

Beginning this Monday, March 31st (today), Parker's Bistro and Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar will be open on Mondays! The drinks will start flowing at 4 PM and the kitchen will be busy cooking tasty meals starting at 4:30 PM. This is so exciting for the owners of Parker's Bistro and Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar and for Sioux Falls!

Parker's Bistro has been part of the Sioux Falls community since 2009. Since then, business has grown for the Parker’s Restaurant Group. Not only are they the owners of Parker's Bistro and Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar, but also Dada Gastropub, ICON Louge, and Club David as of May of 2022. But the heart of their story begins with Parker's Bistro.

For 15 years (16 years now to be exact), we’ve been a part of your anniversaries, family dinners, birthdays, weddings, and date nights, creating unforgettable dining experiences in the heart of the city.

Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar continues this tradition and honors the family legacy.

Named after owner Stacy’s grandmother, Myrtle, and Parker’s Bistro next door honoring her grandfather, our space celebrates heritage while embracing modern indulgence. Enjoy a full cocktail menu, award-winning wines, and select dishes from Parker’s Bistro during dining hours.

Parker's Bistro will remain closed on Sundays. Here are the new opening hours:

Mondays through Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 9 PM
Fridays through Saturdays from 4:30 PM to 10 PM

Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar will also stay closed on Sundays. The following times are the new hours for Myrtle’s Fur Vault & Bar:

Mondays from 4 PM to 10 PM
Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4 PM to 11 PM
Fridays through Saturdays from 4 PM to 12 midnight
