The local South Dakota establishment will now be offering hand-scooped ice cream, cones, sundaes, shakes & malts, 1919 root beer floats, and a variety of sweet treats baked daily. Officials with Sioux Valley Grille shared this delicious news in a Facebook post.

Needless to say, loyal Sioux Valley Grille patrons are at last screaming for ice cream from the neighborhood hangout spot!

Yay, the Sioux Valley Grille has ice cream now! Butter Brickle would be my 1st choice!

Sioux Valley Grille says the ice cream space will be available for parties, too. Plus, they offer other sweet treats that could pair perfectly with ice cream. This includes homemade pies, tarts, and tempting cakes. How can anyone resist these goodies?

Gone But Not Forgotten - Iconic Sioux Falls: Whiffer's Sandwiches

The Merriam-Webster definition of iconic is "widely recognized and well-established." That would definitely describe Whiffer's Sandwiches which used to call North Minnesota Avenue home.

The gone but not forgotten sandwich shop was located in an old house at 1133 North Minnesota Avenue. It served sandwiches to Sioux Falls from November 1978 until the summer of 2020.
