Brooks, Yearwood Join Former President In Denver Co. Project
(AP) - A couple of country stars have joined a former president and first lady in helping people in Denver.
Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood joined Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter to help in a project for Habitat for Humanity. They all used power drills and hammers as they helped build 11 new townhomes - and repaired 15 others.
Last night a dinner was scheduled to help celebrate the project, with lead singer for The Fray, Isaac Slade, to perform.
