Ag Outlook Meeting to Feature Meteorologist Thursday on Zoom
The South Dakota Soybean Association's Ag Outlook looks very different this year than from years past, but this year's virtual event got off to a fantastic start on Tuesday with Tregg Cronin, and Thursday night's virtual event will feature Eric Snogross.
Eric will be focusing on something crucial to everyone in the Ag Industry, weather.
Beginning at 7:30 pm on Thursday, Eric will be speaking about how the weather has affected agriculture in the area for the past few years. From the flooding to the derecho, Eric will be speaking in-depth on how these weather events changed the ag industry and what that means.
He will also be looking into the spring and summer of 2021 and what we can expect weatherwise in the foreseeable future.
Then, Eric will be taking a look at all of the technological advancements that have been made when it comes to analyzing weather, and how that benefits the agriculture industry, both now, and for years to come.
The event kicks off Thursday, February 25th at 7:30 pm and is sponsored by Nutrien Ag Solutions and will take place via zoom.
