Adopters Wanted Now: Iowa Animal Shelter At Full Capacity & Needs Help
A local Iowa animal shelter is in trouble, and they need to find homes for their animals ASAP.
The Sioux City Animal Adoption and Rescue Center made an alarming announcement late last week that the shelter is at full capacity. This is not the first time the Iowa animal shelter has been full with animals who need a second chance.

In a heart-breaking Facebook post from the Sioux City Animal Adoption and Rescue Center, officials are pleading with the Sioux Empire community to not only adopt a new furry family member, but to commit to them for life.
Sioux City Animal Adoption and Rescue Center doesn't care how long it takes to find a new home for their animals. They are worth the fight!
There are some dogs that have been with us for 6 or more months before a suitable home was found, the only dogs that we put to sleep are the ones that come in with a serious injury or dogs that have proven to be vicious, where we cannot, with a clear conscience, place such an animal into a family environment.
Sioux City Animal Adoption and Rescue Center works closely with other organizations to help find animals their "fur-ever" home, including Noah's Hope Animal Rescue.
The local rescue organization is overflowing with loveable pets who really need you.
