I always leave the Sportsmen's Show with a smile on my face, a belly full of beef jerky, and a mind full of out door to do lists, and a wish list.

On March 9-12 the Sioux Empire Sportsmen's Show is back at the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center this weekend.

For a lot of folks attending the Sportsmen's Show is tradition. I've been going since I was a kid, and have fond memories of trying to catch some fish in the Live Trout Pond.

The Live Trout Pond will be back again this year along with some other staple Sportsmen's Show attractions.

The Great Bear Show, the oldest educational wild animal show in the country, returns to Sioux Falls. Watch the bears display their skills while trainer Bob Steele discusses bear behavior.

Outdoor experts Jason Mitchell, Ted Takasaki, and Todd Amenrud will be there along with Fishing Workshops for kids on Saturday and Sunday.

The Sportsmen Show will also continue featuring hundreds of exhibits, including boats, RVs, camping, and hunting gear, vacation and resort information, and much more.
