LaQuinton Ross hit a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 2.1 seconds remaining, and second-seeded Ohio State beat sixth-seeded Arizona, 73-70, in the 2013 NCAA tournament's West Regional semifinals in Los Angeles on Thursday night. After Ohio State seemed to have the game in hand with under two minutes to play, Arizona chipped away until tying it on Mark Lyons' basket and subsequent free throw with 21.8 seconds left. Ross then hit the eventual game-winner. He finished with 17 points. Deshaun Thomas scored 20 points to lead the Buckeyes. Ohio State advanced to play Wichita State in the West Regional final on Saturday. Lyons led the Wildcats with 23 points, including several key baskets late.
