LeAnn Rimes Enters Treatment Facility

(AP) LeAnn Rimes is getting help for anxiety and stress.  Her publicist says Rimes checked herself into a 30-day in-patient treatment facility "to learn and develop coping mechanisms".  He says she is not being treated for an eating disorder or substance abuse.

Rimes will be allowed to leave the facility on weekends so she doesn't have to cancel any concerts.

LeAnn is best known for her 1996 country music hit "Blue".
