Tragedy hit Turner Field on Monday night when a fan fell 65 feet to his death from the upper deck.

Authorities have yet to comment on exactly what caused 30-year-old Ronald Lee Homer Jr. to go over the edge. Some are speculating it was the slippery conditions. The game between the Braves and Phillies had been delayed due to heavy rain.

This is the fourth instance of a fan falling at a Turner Field event since 2008. In 2011, a fan fell to his death in Texas after reaching for a ball that was tossed to him by then Rangers' outfielder Josh Hamilton.
