Authorities ID Man Killed in Mitchell House Fire

MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) — Mitchell police have identified a man who died in a house fire.

Authorities say 42-year-old Chris Buckley died late Friday. The Daily Republic newspaper reports that an autopsy was planned Monday.

Police say the fire is believed to have started in a bedroom, near a bed. Officials don't expect to determine an exact cause because of the amount of damage.
