Willie’s 80th Birthday Party Is Underway

Who hasn't sung with Willie Nelson?

The Country Music Icon has sung with other country stars, rock and roller's, jazz folks and rappers. Now, according to the Associated Press, he's taped a special 80th birthday celebration show.

(AP) - Willie Nelson doesn't turn 80 until next week.But he's already started the party - with the taping of a TV special.

He recorded a special edition of "CMT Crossroads" featuring guest appearances by Sheryl Crow, Norah Jones, Ashley Monroe, Leon Russell and Neil Young. Jack White - who's a big fan of Nelson - hosted the show from his Nashville studio.

The special airs in late June.
