(AP) - Willie Nelson grew up near West, the Texas city that was rocked by a massive explosion at a fertilizer plant. And he still owns a home about five miles away.

He says an upcoming concert will be a benefit for the victims of the blast. He says there are "a lot of our friends and loved ones and neighbors" in the area - and that residents will rebound from the destruction. The blast has left an unknown number of people dead and more than 160 hurt.

The concert is set for April 28 in Austin, Texas.
