Matt Jones manages a grocery store in Orlando, Florida. He's also a pretty darn good melon slicer.

He completely slices up a watermelon in an amazing 21 seconds. He first rids the large melon of its rind and then in a flash dices the remaining fruit into 1-inch cubes.

Matt even revealed his tip for cutting at speed saying, 'Look exactly where you want the knife to go. It's like racing cars. When you're racing cars you just look where you want the car to go.'

He said friends had urged him to try to set a world record but he doubted that Guinness had such a category.
