PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — The South Dakota State Library is making available more electronic books and two electronic resources dealing with language courses and auto repair.

Mango Languages offers courses in more than 60 languages, starting with basic courses and progressing to more in-depth skills. Chilton Library puts car and truck manuals online with monthly updates.

The language and car repair databases are available in public libraries and at schools. South Dakotans also can access them online from home at http://library.sd.gov with a barcode and password issued by the State Library.

In addition, people in 71 communities can now download more electronic books and audiobooks through their local libraries. The State Library has purchased more than 1,300 additional electronic books and audiobooks, expanding the South Dakota Titles To Go collection to more than 10,000 titles.
