A Sioux Falls teenager is being sought for allegedly holding his 17-year-old girlfriend against her will and dragging her several blocks. It happened early Wednesday in the 800 block of West 6th Street.

Officer Sam Clemens says the 19-year-old showed up at his girlfriend's house, but she came out of the house to tell him he should go.

Clemens says the man hit and punched the girl, and then dragged her to 5th and Walts:

Clemens says the girl ran home and her mother called police. He says police are still looking for the 19-year-old, who is described as a black male, six-feet-two and 165 pounds.

The man is wanted on aggravated assault and kidnapping charges.
