Some changes could be on the way when it comes to Sioux Falls ordinances that address public begging.

Police Chief Doug Barthel says citizens have been voicing concerns to his department about people stationed at interstate highway off-ramps or outside stores.

Barthel says draft language  is being developed to be brought to the city council to revise the public begging ordinance.  The proposed changes could be ready in mid-September.
