SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A judge has ruled that a Sioux Falls man was mentally ill when he set a vacant house on fire in January 2014.

Twenty-three-year-old Jeremy Larsen pleaded guilty earlier this year to reckless burning, but the plea was vacated amid questions about his mental health.

The Argus Leader reports that Judge Susan Sabers on Tuesday listened to testimony from four psychologists before making her ruling.

Larsen is now expected to plead guilty but mentally ill.
