Rapid City Man Gets Probation for Child Porn

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Rapid City man has been sentenced to probation for possessing child pornography.

KOTA-TV reports that 32-year-old Warren Apple was sentenced Tuesday to four years of probation.

As part of his probation, Apple is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with anyone under 18. Also, during his first year of probation, Apple is not allowed to use the Internet.

Apple has not had a computer since his first court appearance in September.
