The party is from 1pm-6pm at the El Riad Shrine, 510 S. Phillips. Raising the dead for charity. The dead rise and walk the streets of downtown Sioux Falls. Come meet the South Dakota Ghostbusters before the parade and get your photo taken. Registration is from 2-5pm and costs $3. Get your makeup done from 2-4:30pm for $5. The parade starts at 5pm.
