Several indoor and outdoor activities for all ages are planned at various sites around the city. Events include $5 tubing at Great Bear Recreation Park on Friday, the Frosty Frolics run/walk on Saturday morning at Spencer Park, ice fishing derby at Family Park on Saturday at 10am, a Carnival on Ice from 1-3pm Sunday at Memorial Ice Rink and much more! All outdoor events are weather permitting.
