Country Star LeAnn Rimes Getting Her Own Reality Show

NEW YORK (AP) - Her life has been a lot like a one of those reality TV shows. Now, LeAnn Rimes and her actor husband are getting their own show.

She and Eddie Cibrian have signed up for a new series that will air on VH1 either later this year or early next. The six-episode series is tentatively titled "LeAnn and Eddie." Rimes recently told The Associated Press she and Cibrian wanted to do "a scripted show" based on their lives. She says they had been approached many times to do a reality series - but have declined.

The couple has been married since 2011. She is 30 and he's 10 years older.
