The Minnesota Vikings traded playmaking wide receiver Percy Harvin to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for draft picks, including a first-rounder, and the San Francisco 49ers acquired receiver Anquan Boldin from the Baltimore Ravens, also for draft picks. [USA Today, ESPN]

Team USA defeated Canada 9-4 on Sunday, which has two major implications: first, the Americans advance to the next round of the World Baseball Classic, and second, they will not have to qualify for the next WBC in 2017.
