Country star Bobby Bare has been recording great country music for over a half century. He was recently in Sioux Falls for 2 great shows singing some of the greatest songs in the history of country music.

Now, the Grammy Award winner is releasing an album of new songs.

(AP) - It was the place where he recorded many of the tunes that made him a country music legend. But when Bobby Bare returned to RCA Studio B 50 in Nashville, Tennessee, he says he got a flashbacks - even though he was in familiar surroundings.

He says he "saw Chet Atkins there everywhere" he turned. The result is a new album. It includes, among other things, a cover of the U2 song "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." Despite it having a rock pedigree, Bare insists when you strip it down, "it's a country song."
