A Sioux Falls man and woman were the victims of a hit and run accident late Saturday night in central Sioux Falls.

KDLT News is reporting the incident took place around 11:00 PM on Saturday (June 24) at 9th and Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls.

When authorities arrived at the scene, they found two pedestrians, a man, and a woman, lying in the street.

According to KDLT News, the man was alert, but, had suffered multiple injuries, including a broken leg, and other internal injuries. Police found the woman unresponsive, she also had sustained multiple broken bones, as a result of the accident. Authorities performed CPR on the woman. She was later revived and stabilized by the time she arrived at a Sioux Falls hospital.

Sioux Falls Police are currently searching for a vehicle driven by two Asian or Native American men.

Sgt. Michael Olson with the Sioux Falls Police Department told KDLT News, “We are looking for a four door blue sedan, it should have a smashed windshield, and some damage to the front of it.”
