Sioux Falls (AP)  The South Dakota Attorney General's Office says three officers were justified in shooting at a suspect during a chase last month in Sioux Falls.

The Attorney General's Office and the Division of Criminal Investigation released their findings Tuesday into the shooting of Rachel Coleman on Oct. 17th.

Authorities say Coleman hit Highway Patrol trooper Andrew Steen with her vehicle during a chase before Steen and others fired at her.  Steen is still recovering from the incident.

Coleman faces several charges, including attempted murder and aggravated assault against an officer.
